Ms. Hernandez will begin all required health screenings starting November 2nd. It is important for on campus students to be in attendance at school so these important screenings can be completed in a timely manner.

Parents of Distance Learners will have an opportunity to schedule an appointment to bring students to campus only for their screening. This process will only take a few minutes.

Class Attendance: during the scheduled appointment time, students will be excused for the class period involved. Students are still responsible for their assignments for that class.

Schedule and Appointment: Please schedule your appointment by clicking this link (for Distance Learners only): https://calendly.com/hssaustin/15min?month=2020-11

If parents choose to opt-out of the required screenings, the State of Texas requires that you submit a valid doctor’s evaluation to the school for this exemption.  Please review the important information in the notice below for all details and instructions before scheduling and to make sure you don’t have any questions.
