The St. David’s Foundation Dental Program will be on campus Thursday & Friday, October 11th & 12th to provide free dental screenings for all HSS-Austin students that would like to participate. A licensed dentist will view the student’s teeth to determine if they need treatment. If the dentist determines the student needs treatment, they will receive a ‘Dental Treatment Consent Form’ for parent’s approval. Students who do not need further treatment will also receive a form letting their parents know that no treatment is necessary.

All students received the first form which is the Dental Screening Form. Parents only need to return this form if you DO NOT want your student to participate in the free dental screening. If you DO NOT return this form your student will have their dental screening.

Parent Teacher Conference Day is scheduled for Monday, October 8th beginning at 2pm. If you have not scheduled your Parent Teacher Conference, please do so as soon as possible. If you are unable to schedule your conference on that day contact your student’s teacher to make other arrangements.
